Mint Mobile is seeking a talented User Experience Creative Director to join our Marketing Team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive direction of our digital web platforms and creating aesthetically pleasing UI interfaces. With a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements and align with overall design specifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our company. As a User Experience Creative Director, you will lead the creation of visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, ensuring that every interface element is aligned with the brand's aesthetic and functional goals. You will also utilize and contribute to our Design Systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms.

  • Lead the creation of visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, ensuring that every interface element is aligned with the brand's aesthetic and functional goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Experience Designers, Digital Designers, Copywriters, Developers, Animators, Project Managers, and Senior Creative Director to ensure designs meet business requirements and align with overall design specifications.
  • Take ownership of the design process, iterating on concepts to refine and enhance visual designs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of UI design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces for e-commerce (D2C brands preferred).
  • Strong portfolio with examples of visually compelling and functional UI designs for responsive and mobile websites.
  • Expert knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and digital image preparation.
  • Experience with animation tools and a strong affinity for user interface animation to enhance interactivity and user engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects of varying sizes without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices.
