IT Director

We are looking for an experienced IT Director - Active Directory and Cloud Services to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA.

This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with an estimated salary of $72-$80 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS, and GPO administration, as well as strong PowerShell skills.

Job Description:

• Analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure.
• Administration and support for Azure, O365, and other cloud services.
• Creation and modification of PowerShell scripts related to Active Directory.
• Windows server administration for Active Directory, DC, file and print sharing, web services, and application servers.
• Capacity and performance data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
• Interface and coordination with multiple business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS, and GPO administration.
• 10+ years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• Extensive experience working with Windows Server operating systems, including 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Strong Power Shell skills required.
• Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Able to refine requirements from business end users and update technical design specification documentation.
• Experience with scripting and automating system administration processes.
• Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
• Knowledge of client/server network protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and manage your time effectively.
