Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations across all job sites consistently.
  • Organize daily operations based on project priorities and adapt plans as needed due to weather conditions, supply availability, and workforce changes.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members.
  • Promote the safe operation of tools, machinery, and equipment, including providing training on safety protocols and gear.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation of wet utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
  • Proven experience managing a crew of 5-7 individuals through all phases of installation.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license for company vehicle operation.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Good physical fitness and endurance.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
