Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Tester to join our team at Monroe Staffing. This is a permanent position located in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and operate electromechanical equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to determine compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with assemblers and wirers to correct errors in the production process.
  • Manipulate electrical systems up to 480V.
  • Understand specifications and desired results by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience working with electrical systems up to 480V.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
  • Good communication abilities.

Documentation of an associate degree in a related field is required for this position.
