Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Foreman to lead our residential construction projects. As the representative of GROUP 21 LLC, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating with employees, subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors, and office personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and changes made
  • Updating project schedules and addressing any delays
  • Ordering, inspecting, and verifying the quantity and quality of materials and supplies
  • Coordinating, directing, and scheduling work performed by subcontractors
  • Ensuring the quality of all work performed on the project
  • Proactively solving problems and finding efficient solutions
  • Submitting all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Managing labor, material, and equipment costs during the project

Requirements:

  • Proven success in Residential Construction Management with 2+ years of experience
  • Valid Driver's License, a vehicle, and a clean driving record
  • US Citizenship or lawful Permanent Residency
  • Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, codes, and standards
  • Strong ability to work effectively with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
