Wendy's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality and impact of video content.
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics/animations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video projects.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring easy access and proper storage.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports marketing goals.
• Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Wendy's offers a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $154,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, free EAP sessions, company 401k match, and other great offerings.
