Dental Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Leader/Office Manager to join our growing team at NC Pediatric Dentistry in Shelby. This role will be responsible for implementing systems to maximize functionality and quality of care while maintaining the highest standard of Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities- Implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, doctors, and staff
- Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with doctors, staff, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a dental practice management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of dental software and health & safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
