**Responsibilities:**

* Provide behavioral services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
* Licensed in the state of Montana as an LCPC, LCSW, or Candidate

* Valid driver's license
* 2+ years of community health experience
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
