Job Title: CSCT Mental Health Specialist

At Intermountain Deaconess Children's Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CSCT Mental Health Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to provide therapeutic support to children and families in a school-based setting. As a CSCT Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with families, public school staff, and other treating professionals to create a cohesive approach to services for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Provide direct care services to children and families in a public-school environment, including therapeutic interventions and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the CSCT team, child's family, public school staff, and other treating professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to services.
  • Work with families to determine the best treatment plan to meet the child's needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • One to two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children or in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Montana Driver's License.
