Access Dubuque is expanding its team and is looking for Claims Management Specialists. In this role, you will take charge of investigating, overseeing, negotiating, and resolving auto liability claims. Your contributions will significantly influence our service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Engaging in negotiations with claimants to achieve resolutions.
+ Exercising independent judgment within your authority to investigate, assess, negotiate, and resolve claims.
