About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to join our team at Cottingham & Butler Claims Services. As a Claims Administrator, you will play a critical role in investigating, managing, and resolving claims in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned claims in accordance with CBCS's best practices
  • Negotiate with claimants to resolve claims within assigned authority
  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims using independent judgment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a business setting or claims handling, a competitive spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. While prior insurance experience is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate on the technical details.
