10. Oversee technical, operational, QHSES, and financial performance, intervening when necessary.
11. Manage subcontractors involved in installation and construction.
12. Identify and communicate project-related challenges to the Project Manager.
13. Conduct evaluations at project close-out and recommend follow-up actions.
14. Encourage optimization and enhancements within the project scope.
15. Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment with project goals, deadlines, and schedules.
16. Address and resolve issues within the project team promptly.
17. Ensure project deliverables meet established quality benchmarks.
18. Prepare comprehensive status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent information.
19. Develop and implement effective project communication strategies.
20. Manage change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts on timelines and budgets.
21. Maintain relationships with senior management of clients.
22. Create user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful project execution and transition to clients.
23. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project transition phase.
24. Supervise project performance regarding scheduling, costs, quality, and HSE requirements.
25. Oversee project budget management and ensure financial accountability.
26. Identify potential contractual changes and claims.
27. Negotiate contract variations with clients.
28. Support the Procurement and Engineering Teams.
29. Identify and resolve conflicts within the project team.
30. Manage daily project operations.
31. Apply client standards effectively.
32. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering
- 15 to 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager for pipeline projects
- Experience in the Middle East is essential
