Marketing Coordinator Role at The Essential

The Essential is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for contributing to the development of marketing initiatives, including social media, digital marketing, and website content.

This candidate will work closely with the Founder and other members of the marketing and product teams to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be creative, performance-driven, and able to problem-solve in collaboration with a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including weekly product launches and nurture programs.
  • Collaborate with digital ad buyers to coordinate budget, assets, approvals, and reports.
  • Contribute to social media strategy and general content strategy.
  • Manage mobile app updates and content for the app homepage.
  • Execute SMS and app notification messages.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies, influencer marketers, and other contractors to complete marketing projects.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably for an e-commerce company or startup.
  • Passion for digital and social platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with multiple teams.
