National Marketing Manager Role

The National Marketing Manager is a key member of the College Internship Program team, responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in CIP's unique programs and services for young adults with autism and learning differences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists, including content marketing, digital marketing, and graphic design.
  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert potential families.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects and move them through the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create targeted content that supports demand generation efforts.
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
