Job Title: National Marketing Manager

College Internship Program Inc is seeking a highly skilled National Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive awareness, interest, and demand for our unique programs and services.

Job Summary

The National Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our marketing function, including team leadership, campaign development, lead nurturing, marketing automation, content strategy, and website management. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists, including content marketing, digital marketing, and graphic design.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert potential families.
  • Utilize advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing tactics to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create targeted content that supports demand generation efforts.
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Track and report on key demand generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced technical skills with SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Passion for CIP's mission and working with young adults with Autism and Learning Differences.
