Business Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of accounting, including accounts receivable, general ledger, and money reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and work well with fellow peers. They will also have computer experience and be well-versed in electronic billing. A working knowledge of state regulations is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts, including all payments, billing, claim submission, and follow-up
- Provide customer service and reception duties at the front entry and on the telephone/switchboard
- Work under limited supervision and be well-versed in electronic billing
- Have a working knowledge of state regulations
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a health care or business-related field required
- Minimum of three years of applicable experience preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Three years' experience in a leadership role preferred
