Electrical Estimator

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Junior Estimator to join our team. As a Junior Estimator, you will assist the Senior Estimator in all aspects of electrical estimating, including analyzing blueprints, writing proposals, and consulting with clients.

• Assist in creating winning strategies and develop accurate and competitive project cost estimates.
• Conduct initial analysis of drawings and specifications to ensure required information is provided.
• Assist in developing cost estimates by soliciting specific pricing from vendors and/or sub-contractors.
• Attend site visits, pre-bid, or design meetings, and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Develop budget estimates using plans and specifications, or other conceptual information.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1-3 years relevant construction experience in the electrical construction industry preferred.
• Experience in Bluebeam and estimating (Accubid, Building Connected) and scheduling software is required.
• Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.
