Job Description

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience in the electrical field. The Electrician Helper will assist electricians by performing tasks such as:

  • Basic blueprint knowledge
  • Layout from field sketches
  • Panel terminations
  • Size conduit and boxes
  • Transformer terminations
  • Motor terminations
  • Underground conduit installation
  • Overhead and in-wall conduit and cable installation
  • Wire terminations in J-Box
  • Conduit and box installation in CMU block alongside masons
  • Pull wire feeder/branch/low-voltage
  • Operate equipment (training will be provided)
  • Assist in keeping fluid levels checked and greased in all equipment and vehicles

The Electrician Helper will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols, and utilizing personal protective equipment as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience in the electrical field
  • A valid driver's license
  • OSHA 10 Hour certification
  • CPR and First Aid training
