Bank Five Nine is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing employees, managing risk, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop employees to achieve their full potential and comply with policies and procedures.
- Lead by example and create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues in a tactful and effective manner, explaining Bank Five Nine policies and procedures.
- Ensure staff delivers distinctive customer service and resolves internal and external customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Comply with established standards and regulations, and resolve audit exceptions in a timely manner as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1+ year of experience in a retail banking environment.
- Basic keyboarding skills and ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Coaching/training experience.
- Experience with supervision or leadership of retail banking activities.
- Audit/compliance expertise.
- New accounts experience.
