  • Ensure staff delivers distinctive customer service and resolves internal and external customer issues promptly and courteously.
  • Comply with established standards and regulations, and resolve audit exceptions in a timely manner as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a retail banking environment.
  • Basic keyboarding skills and ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Coaching/training experience.
  • Experience with supervision or leadership of retail banking activities.
  • Audit/compliance expertise.
  • New accounts experience.
