Global Merchant Service Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Global Merchant Service to join our Enterprise team at Worldpay. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary account liaison for a set of vertically aligned enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue growth from your account
- Demonstrate product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive analysis
- Focus on account retention
- Structure, negotiate and close deals that meet client expectations and Worldpay's ability to deliver
- Extensive knowledge of the payments industry with an understanding of global payments, merchant operations, and alternative payment methods
- At least 10 years of experience interacting and partnering with enterprise clients and senior management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven to produce positive outcomes for clients
- Proven success at achieving revenue growth targets
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
