About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Global Merchant Service to join our Enterprise team at Worldpay. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary account liaison for a set of vertically aligned enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue growth from your account
  • Demonstrate product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive analysis
  • Focus on account retention
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals that meet client expectations and Worldpay's ability to deliver
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the payments industry with an understanding of global payments, merchant operations, and alternative payment methods
  • At least 10 years of experience interacting and partnering with enterprise clients and senior management
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven to produce positive outcomes for clients
  • Proven success at achieving revenue growth targets
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
