Job Title: Global Pet Relocation Manager

At PetRelocation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pet Relocation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of pet relocations for clients, including relocation management companies, employers, and pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Lead qualification, sales pipeline management, client consultation, and record keeping.
  • Move Planning and Logistics: Research and compliance, move planning, documentation and verification, service partner coordination, and client consultation.
  • Book Services: Service partner liaison, itinerary coordination, client communication, pre-travel guidance, and journey monitoring.
  • Relationship Management & Client Communication: Rapport building, timely communication, issue resolution, and brand representation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a customer-solution focus.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and work under minimal supervision.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the logistics, travel, or animal care industry.
  • Prior experience building processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
