We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Operations Director to join our team in the greater Seattle region. This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $220,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment, with proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons. They will also have experience with heavy civil projects, participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies, and be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients.

Duties will include developing project construction plans, addressing constructability challenges, managing project progress through schedule updates and cost tracking, reviewing and developing change orders and force account pricing, and supporting the project team through administrative responsibilities.
