Delve Underground is a leading provider of underground and heavy civil engineering services to the transportation, water, wastewater, and energy industries. Our team specializes in tunnel design and construction, offering practical solutions to complex underground challenges.

Salary: $145,019 - $181,274 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description: As a Resident Engineer with Delve Underground, you will oversee office personnel, advise clients on project tasks, and troubleshoot issues. You will review field paperwork, negotiate Change Orders, and run construction field meetings. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Applied Science Technology in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Professional Engineering license desired.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in heavy infrastructure construction, including tunnel and shaft construction.
  • Knowledge of tunneling, microtunneling, HDD, and shaft excavation construction a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and technical communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
