Parking Enforcement Supervisor

At SP+, we are driven by Our Promise, "Making Every Moment Matter for a World on the Go." As a Parking Enforcement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with parking policies and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, and other public areas to ensure compliance with parking policies.
- Supervise enforcement officers, assist with job-related clerical/office work, and provide training to enforcement officers.
- Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with parking regulations.
- Impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed.
- Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations, and parking policies.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist maintenance staff with duties related to parking equipment and facility upkeep and maintenance.
- Assist in the collection and security of all monies received through parking meters, multi-space machines, pay-on-foot technology, and other means of collecting parking revenues and fees.
- Assist event staff with activities related to parking for events.
- Assist office staff with activities related to permit sales during peak seasons.
- Assist with progressive disciplinary actions.
- Create schedules and daily deployments.
- Review and gather parking-related data.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of geography, hazards, and safety precautions, as well as the ability to use a handheld computer and operate a motorized vehicle or bicycle.
Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, may be required. A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record is also required.
