Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Director to join our team in the MI and OH regions. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving territory sales, building new relationships with advisors, and managing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans to maximize sales revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key advisors and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales revenue and growing territories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
