About the Role

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as part of their New Graduate program. This developmental opportunity allows nurses to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and competent patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate delegation of nursing care.
Onboarding Process

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
