Job Summary

MetroWest Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team on a per shift basis. This role will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing appropriate care for assigned patients. The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Direct clinical patient care on a per shift basis
  • Assessing, planning, and implementing appropriate care for assigned patients
  • Supervising staff to ensure delegated care is provided effectively
  • Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Requirements
  • Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
