Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of nursing staff.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to new hires, preceptors, and nurse residents to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing professional development.
  • Educational Program Development: Collaborate with facility leaders to assess educational needs and develop programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing education to inform program development and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Experience: Five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two years in area of specialization.
  • Certifications: Registered nurse licensed to practice in Commonwealth of MA, BLS, ACLS, certification in clinical specialty required.
