We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients and supervising staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated. They will also participate in a guided training and developmental program to enhance their clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and competent patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients
  • Supervise staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated

Requirements:

  • Graduated from state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR certification

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 per year based on national averages and industry standards. However, please note that this figure is only an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
