RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
  • Expertly prepare both cold and hot food items, following specific preparation guidelines.
  • Adhere to strict food safety protocols.
  • Skillfully operate food preparation equipment, ensuring precision in every step.
  • Manage cold preparation equipment effectively.
  • Keep food-safe prep stations immaculate throughout your shift.
  • Efficiently set up and dismantle food preparation areas, ensuring organization and sanitation.
  • Facilitate clear communication with kitchen leadership to assess and meet preparation needs.
  • Ensure consistent stocking of all areas.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our evolving seasonal menus and their components.
  • Properly store received orders.
