About the Role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and store personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to store personnel and customers via phone and email.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through engagement and provide clear information or direction to address customer concerns.
  • Support inbound customer inquiries, email/survey/Contact Us customer inquiries, and work with customers and stores to document, resolve, and/or escalate problems.
  • Utilize logical problem-solving skills and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems reported by stores and customers.
  • Take ownership of all calls and cases/tickets opened, track the contact status to resolution, and ensure proper notification and escalation procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. Prior call center experience is preferred.
