Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all financial activities and accounting processes for client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Guarantee compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards, upholding the highest levels of financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Design, implement, and enhance internal controls and procedures to protect client assets and ensure strong financial governance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to help clients achieve optimized financial performance and sustainable success.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to align financial strategies with broader organizational goals, facilitating successful outcomes through proactive teamwork.
  • Lead audit preparations and liaise with auditors to ensure comprehensive and efficient audit processes, supplying all necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including leadership positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and expertise in financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a consulting or project-based setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
