Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Site/Service operations, ensuring optimal support for automotive manufacturing processes.
  • Engage with automotive pretreatment systems, sealant applications, and underbody treatments, conducting routine evaluations and quality checks to maintain compliance with established standards.
  • Document findings and generate comprehensive reports for management and operational teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication with personnel across all levels within the plant.
  • Formulate and implement robust account management and service strategies to foster new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leverage organizational resources to provide top-tier customer and technical support.
  • Ensure swift resolution of technical issues and deliver product management assistance across various technology platforms.
  • Uphold the company’s professional image and high standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, particularly in a sales or service capacity at a client site.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and technical leadership.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
  • In-depth knowledge of phosphate coatings, adhesives, and sealants.
