**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement electrical systems designs for construction projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures for electrical systems
  • Evaluate electrical matters in the field of commercial construction
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Must possess an Electrical P.E. in VA; Licensed Electrical P.E. in both VA and NC a plus
  • At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of the electrical trade and familiarity with general construction procedures and practices
  • Great computational and spatial ability while maintaining attention to detail
  • Advanced working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics and principles
  • Exceptional computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering software
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with a teamwork mentality
