About the Role: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and helping them grow through our print, digital, and direct-mail advertising products. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

Salary and Benefits: Starting salary of $45,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission. Additionally, you will receive a $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage, and tolls, up to 112 hours of paid time off (prorated) in your first year, and 10 paid holidays per year, plus a paid day off for your birthday.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with clients, and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. As a Business Development Representative, you will work independently but also as part of a collaborative team, so we value individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing customized marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals. As a Business Development Representative, you will also be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting presentations and pitches, and managing existing client accounts.

Requirements: A minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
