We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Multifamily Sales Specialist in Houston, TX. As a key member of our outside sales team, you will be responsible for generating maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the multifamily/apartment industry in the Houston area.

Responsibilities include sustaining a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting, demonstrating products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers, and providing all necessary information for each new account/customer. You will also be responsible for providing floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers via customer templates, promptly addressing customer concerns, complaints, and problems, setting and achieving monthly and quarterly goals, performing random job site inspections, and reporting results to the Installation department.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly energetic individual with a strong hunter mentality, coachable, and willing to internalize instructions and take actionable steps to better serve our customers and grow the business. Prior multi-family sales experience is preferred but not required. You should have strong individual contributor skills, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, and be able to comfortably deal with ambiguities and achieve goals while functioning independently.

You will receive an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, plus a base salary, monthly expense allowance, and uncapped commission.
