About the Role:

Noblesoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Observability Architect to join our team. As an Observability Architect, you will play a critical role in establishing the roadmaps, designs, and implementation of Platform Ops (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) for private cloud and machine learning capabilities to automate and streamline operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Governance: Develop and implement architecture governance principles, design standards, policies, and procedures that encourage innovation through automation and AI while prioritizing security, reliability, and scalability across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Process Automation: Highly automate and improve IT operational processes for service provisioning, configuration, and management.
  • Operational Data Monitoring: Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Invest time with other teams, including application development and infrastructure teams, to support business applications and processes in new ways.

Required Skills:

  • Enterprise Solution Design: Design and implement sophisticated enterprise-level solutions.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Utilize DevOps and tools such as Crossplane, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Performance Monitoring and Observability: Leverage platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana.
  • Tier 1 Vendor Technologies: Work with Kubernetes and containers at scale, as well as on-premise and cloud technologies.
  • API Integration and Design: Possess strong knowledge of API integration and design.
  • Cloud Certification and Knowledge: Hold cloud certification and possess knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Victoria Metrics and Azure ADX: Familiarity with Victoria metrics and Azure ADX.
  • Telemetry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of telemetry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 14 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 14 years of qualified experience in monitoring and Observability.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Systems Engineering, or relevant work experience.
  • Professional Certifications: Good to have professional certifications.
