Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate advanced CNC machines, including Swiss Citizen machines, to produce high-quality machined parts.
  • Set up and load raw materials, and unload completed parts, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and edit CNC programs, and perform basic program development to optimize production.
  • Conduct inspections on own work and co-workers' work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced manufacturing/machining training and/or certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and machining, with a focus on CNC operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of trigonometry, geometry, and math, as well as functional knowledge of measuring instruments.
