Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our patients, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
