About the Role:

As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including boilers, chillers, and generators.
  • Responding to system alarms and taking corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Monitoring and maintaining boiler room and machine room logs, including steam, fuel, and water consumption data.
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service to facility staff and patients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two-four years of experience in plant operations and/or building maintenance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary school or vocational training preferred.
  • Certification in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, and clinical engineering.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
