In the role of Lead Karting Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of our cutting-edge, high-performance electric go-karts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial track and kart inspections and repairs
2. Ensure optimal kart performance throughout operational hours
3. Maintain the appearance and functionality of the track and facility
4. Keep precise records of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects
5. Manage the supply of tools and machinery responsibly
6. Address emergency situations promptly
7. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the pit, kart shop, and track areas
8. Support the track crew with operations as needed
9. Carry out specific cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by management
10. Complete closing duties to secure the pit and track for the next day
11. Demonstrate problem-solving skills by collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Availability on weekends is essential
