  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate profile updates for timely distribution.
  • Respond directly to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff for prompt resolution.
  • Update progress notes to allow quick referral status assessment by other team members.
  • Utilize the management information system to handle customer service tasks, including refill needs, prescription status, insurance verification, and invoice requests.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Call center customer service experience (no retail).
  • Experience using management information systems to assist customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Must be willing to take a typing and customer service test.
