Job Title

Ambitious Sales Professional - High-Speed Fiber Internet

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Local Sales Representatives, Door To Door. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales through face-to-face interactions with potential customers in the Charlotte area.

About the Role
  • Closing Sales: Proactively engage with prospective residential customers through door-to-door efforts to close sales.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct needs-based consultative sales presentations, recommending Brightspeed's high-speed fiber internet services that fit customer needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with Brightspeed's quality guidelines.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for high-speed fiber internet services.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospective residential customers through door-to-door efforts.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct needs-based consultative sales presentations.
  • Sales Process Management: Complete all required documentation.
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for high-speed fiber internet services.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 2+ Years of Direct Sales Experience
  • A Valid Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, and Access to a Reliable Vehicle
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Physical Demands
  • Most Time Will Be Spent Working in the Field, Exposed to Various Weather Conditions
