Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at The Elmer Agency. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on performance)

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to excel in a commission-only environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in sales is a plus.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or be a permanent resident in the U.S.
