As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our customer base and dealer network, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy and medium duty aftermarket parts industry. A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred, but significant practical experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. Technical knowledge of mechanical or fuel applications is also desirable.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding results while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and their features. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and applications. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and our product offerings.
  3. Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding our product.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and online content. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve common goals. Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve products and services.
