As a Sales Representative at Swire Coca-Cola, you will be responsible for promoting the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers and executing promotional activities.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Interact and build rapport with decision-makers in each customer location to place orders of product to be delivered and maintain inventory levels for consumer purchases.
  • Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated.
  • Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision-makers by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue.
  • Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
  • Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMAs) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year.
  • Interact with Delivery Merchandisers to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision-makers.
  • Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale, insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

**Requirements**



  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required.
  • Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
