About the Role:
The Manager, Talent Management plays a vital role in cultivating a high-performance culture at Bath & Body Works. This position acts as an ambassador, advocate, and support for talent solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand business objectives and create career pathway tools with clearly defined steps for growth.
- Identify, develop, and deliver talent management solutions to enable a high-performing culture that cultivates talent growth and organizational health.
- Lead and complete efforts related to associate development, talent review, and succession planning, including surveys and talent assessments.
- Analyze and maintain data to advise and identify participants for targeted leadership development.
- Develop, drive, launch, and connect a competency model and ecosystem that integrates performance and development for associates at every level.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including talent management and/or performance management, or organizational development.
- Experience supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and program management.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and maintain partnership across multiple functions and levels in an organization.
