About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Terminix. As a Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in our local branches, overseeing the delivery of pest control services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery.
  • Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
  • Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
  • Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
  • Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
Requirements
  • An associate's degree and a valid driver's license are both requirements.
  • Having 1-2 years of related experience is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively problem-solve and come up with practical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and understanding of the importance of safety.
  • Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math.
