DMV Restorations Inc. is a multi-family leader and a Class A General Contracting company specializing in restorations, renovation and remodeling services in the DC, MD, and VA areas within the Commercial and Residential sectors.

As an Account Manager at DMV Restorations Inc., you will be responsible for increasing current account volume, prospecting and maintaining new accounts, and demonstrating excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. The salary range for this position is $48K - $60K (+ commission). ***No Cap on Commission*** *Base salary is commensurate with experience.**Commission structure is based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively develop client contacts and sales opportunities;
- Conduct Market research on prospective and existing clients;
- Manage and grow customer base to achieve a given monthly sales quota;
- Develop and present sales proposals;
- Prepare and present proposals that are both beneficial to new clients and profitable for the company;
- Create new proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing DMV Restorations' services;
- Identify and assist in implementing strategies to improve quality of service; productivity, and profitability;
- Inspect ongoing projects on a regular basis;
- Prepare sales and marketing proposals and presentations;
- Participate in trade shows and other lead-generating events;
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including but not limited to administration, production, management, and contractors.
