Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Center Supervisor II to join our team at Staples, Inc. This role is responsible for leading a team of hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals and productivity standards.
  • Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly planning of the department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of associates.
  • Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within all guidelines and partner for success.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to foster communication and teamwork among staff and collaborate with all members of the team.
  • Understanding of and ability to use Fulfillment/Distribution technology.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).
